  • As can be seen in the diagram above, traditional condensing boilers have an efficiency loss during domestic hot water production, thereby increasing the consumption.

STAINLESS STEEL R.S.C. AND R.V.C PATENTED HEAT EXCHANGERS

How do they work? During the operating, the return water is distributed into the series of coils, Ø16 and Ø18 mm. The benefit of this system is condensing with return water temperatures of 55/56°C and achieving great performance of the boiler even in radiator installations. In the R.S.C. heat exchanger the fluid circulation is radial shared, in the R.V.C. one it is radial variable.

COSMOMIX PATENDED PREMIX SYSTEM

The innovating premix system adopted in Cosmogas boilers and condensing generators enables an exceptional turndown ratio from 1:6 (NOVAdens 24K) to 1:20 (Mydens 280 T).

THE ECOLOGIC PREMIX BURNER

Cosmogas ecologic premix products have a constant air/gas ratio in each point of the burner’s turndown range, decreasing polluting emissions and streamlining efficiency. Cosmogas premix burner is made of a special metal fibre, “Fecralloy”, which develops short and perfectly fed flames.
