Concorde Park is a 1988 residential complex composed of 2 tower buildings with 26 floor and 110 mt height.
This large complex has 2 big thermal station located on top of the cover.
The intervention involves the almost total replacement of existing traditional natural draught heating boilers with n° 4 MYdens 280 T and 2 AGUAdens 280T (connected to a 4000 L buffer) per each tower to produce the heating and domestic hot water need.
The MYdens T condensing boilers are connected in cascade sequence to ensure continuity of operation and to get hight output for starting and low output for operation.
