MEGA H is the new line of eco-friendly gas condensing modulating commercial boilers, with low-emission single burners, patented and built entirely by Cosmogas, with a heat output of up to 1000 kW.
Perfect for any heating system, MEGA H allows you to optimise and speed up the installation of heating systems, meeting the various needs of customers thanks to its high flexibility in terms of both power and solutions.
Installation versatility: MEGA H is designed to be installed either indoors in a technical room or outdoors in partially protected areas, in compliance with current safety regulations.
MEGA H is ideal for the renovation of commercial and residential buildings with existing or new centralised systems.

Flat surface burner
The result of a long study by the Cosmogas Research and Development Dept. in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Bologna.
The burner has a flat surface and a shape that accurately follows the conformation of the combustion chamber.
The “flame plate” is made entirely of Fecralloy metal fibre.
The burner opening is equipped with a weight reset device and a door cooling system.
MEGA H is equipped with a “soft start” ignition with pilot burner (3 ignition attempts) which guarantees safe and silent ignition of the main burner, powered by a double gas valve with negative pressure control and a self-checking leak detection system (‘VPS’ system).
These features combined allow for high combustion efficiency as well as low CO and NOx emissions.

The 5 series of tubes that make up the Patented Cosmogas heat exchanger have a diameter of 22 mm and guarantee:
- Great passages
- Large exchange surface
- Large water flow
- Working pressure up to 11 bar
New patented heat exchanger
C.R.X. is a condensing heat exchanger with water pipes, radial circulation and low water content.
The internal structure consists of 5 counter-current smoke passages to achieve very high efficiency. The coils are made of AISI 316 Ti stainless steel (titanium resistant to chlorinated water from aqueducts).
The round section of the coils ensures high water velocity throughout the passage section and internal cleaning of the tubes.
The flue gas side of the exchanger has a vertical “self-cleaning” configuration: combustion residues are deposited in the lower part of the combustion chamber and are easily removable.
Easy installation and maintenance
Thanks to its compact size, low weight and 4 retractable lifting hooks, MEGA H can be easily transported and installed anywhere, allowing easy access to the thermal power plant as it fits through a door with maximum space optimisation.
The internal components are quickly accessible via removable panels.

Thanks to advanced electronics and an intuitive, easy-to-read 7″ touch screen display, you can view and adjust the operation of MEGA H, set the various operating temperatures and view any anomalies.

Thanks to the quality and robustness of its materials, it can be positioned both inside technical rooms and outdoors, in partially protected locations, while still ensuring optimal and efficient operation.
The low water volume and reduced weight facilitate installation in attics or on critical support surfaces.
MEGA H can be installed in cascade sequence, up to 8 units.
Victaulic connection
MEGA H is equipped with DN100 PN16 flanged hydraulic connections that can rotate thanks to the nearby Victaulic connection (optional extra).
The upper flange is equipped with a safety valve connection.
