 
Boilers “with sealed chamber” are boilers whose air inlet, combustion and fume outlet circuits are completely isolated from the surroundings, so that the boiler can be installed anywhere.
The main features of Cosmogas boilers and water heaters are the tube heat exchanger and the thick copper sealed chamber. Domestic hot water production is guaranteed by two heat sources: the semi-accumulation of hot water inside the boiler and the instantaneous heating of the burner. Thanks to this double heating system, Cosmogas boilers can supply a higher quantity of domestic hot water in a shorter
time in comparison with common boilers, thus guaranteeing the maximum comfort
for the final users.
FUNCTIONING
Before
ignition, the electric fan provides the pre-ventilation of the combustion
chamber. After that, the electric valve carries the gas to the burner, till it
lights up. Thanks to the fume outlet tubes, the water inside the boiler shell is
heated so that the boiler reaches the desired temperature. When the thermometer
reaches 60 °C, the heating circuit automatically lights up. As soon as the
desired temperature is reached, the burner goes out. Domestic hot water is
always available in any season, both in summer and in winter. When hot water is
supplied, the thermostat stops the heating circuit and the burner guarantees the
maximum supply of domestic hot water.

manage the disposal of domestic hot water according to your needs and to
guarantee the perfect functioning of the boiler.
PRIORITY THERMOSTAT
For any hot
water request, the thermostat gives priority to the domestic hot water supply.
The circulation pump stops its functions and the burner provides the supply of
domestic hot water.
SUPPLY
Cosmogas boilers can run on
LPG or methane gas by simply substituting the burner’s gas nozzles.
All boilers with sealed combustion chamber have an electronic
ignition with flame ionization control.
SPECIAL VERSIONS
“INTEGRA”:
Cosmogas boilers can be equipped with special “incorporated thermoregulation”
for low-temperature heating systems with radiant panels.
